KUALA TERENGGANU: Heboh satu negara apabila Pengerusi PH Terengganu, Datuk Raja Kamarul Bahrin Shah Raja Ahmad membayangkan kemungkinan bekas calon parlimen BN Kuala Nerus Dr Tengku Asmadi Tengku Mohamad akan menyertai Parti Amanah.
Namun demikian beliau tidak hadiri majlis Makan Malam Pemuda Parti Amanah Terengganu dua malam lepas dan beliau menafikan akan meninggalkan Umno.
Beliau mengaku bahawa Ketua Pemuda Amanah Terengganu, Hasbie Muda adalah bekas pelajar Motivasi Alihan Pelajar beliau dan rakan beliau.
Dr Tengku Asmadi dijemput menghadiri majlis tersebut dan beliau tidak sangka pula kesedian beliau untuk hadiri majlis itu menimbulkan pelbagai persepsi negatif.
Beliau akhirnya tak jadi hadir apabila ia telah menjadi viral.
"Saya bukan orang politik saya orang motivasi. Saya bersetuju hadir atas sifat orang motivasi maka saya bebas memenuhi apa juga jemputan daripada mana-mana pihak," katanya lagi.
Itu yang peliknya macam mana bekas ketua Umno Bahagian Kuala Nerus, Datuk Seri Razif Abdul Rahman memilih bukan orang politik sebagai calon BN parlimen Kuala Nerus.
Sepatutnya orang yang ada jawatan di bahagian yang diutamakan sebagai calon BN Tetapi Razif mahu menonjolkan kawan baiknya yang ada kelulusan PhD nak lawan calon-calon PAS yang rata-rata tinggi akademi mereka.
